M18 Magnetic Safety Sensor

This plastic bodied M18 safety sensor has an assured switching distance of 4 mm (assured switch off distance 22 mm) with the standard actuator (sold separately). Featuring a 1 metre, 4 core connection cable and normally open – normally closed (NO/NC) contacts.

The M18 x 55 mm body and lock nuts have been constructed from robust black PBT and the durable reed switch operation and IP67 protection rating provides years of reliable operation. When used with a corresponding magnet actuator, for front application, this enables the sensor to be used in a large number of food and packaging machine applications.
