Series Description
The Honeywell Analytics XCD Series explosion proof gas monitor/transmitter provides comprehensive monitoring of flammmable, toxic, and oxygen gas hazards in potentially explosive atmospheres. Users can modify detector operation using the LCD and magnet switches without ever needing to open the unit. This enables one-man, non-intrusive operation and reduces routine maintenance time and costs. The XCD series is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

This Oxygen sensor is a replacement unit for the Honeywell XCD O2 Transmitter, which as the name suggests is used to detect the presence of oxygen within the medium being transported through the system the XCD is monitoring. The sensor simply plugs into the bottom of the transmitter and the transmitter automatically configures itself accordingly.

Honeywell’s Sensepoint XCD system uses three instantly recognisable traffic light colours to indicate its status. Steady green to indicate normal operation, flashes yellow to indicate a fault/warning and flashes red to indicate an alarm. This allows anyone in the area to clearly see the status of any detector.
